docs(diagnosing-superpowers): keep fixture paths out of the tracked plan

The Local fixtures table carried absolute session-store paths whose
project-directory slugs embed the account name and two private repository
names. Line 19 of the same file states the rule those rows broke, and the
scrubbed CREATION-LOG.md landed in the previous commit for the same
reason.

The Path column becomes Session id plus Characteristics, which is what an
executor on another machine actually needs to pick an equivalent fixture.
Subagent count for CC-compact corrected from seven to the 278 the
end-to-end run enumerated, and the compaction entries named as the two
manual boundaries verified against the file.

Absolute paths for these fixtures are recorded privately in the maintainer's SDD workspace, not in the repo.
Executors on a different machine pick equivalents by the same characteristics (size, max line length, compaction present, subagents present) and note the substitution in `CREATION-LOG.md`.
