Add condition-based health status calculation for additional resource kinds:
- ExternalSecret: checks "Ready" condition
- Job: checks "Complete" and "Failed" conditions
- HorizontalPodAutoscaler: checks "AbleToScale" and "ScalingActive" conditions
- Namespace: handles "Terminating" phase as Progressing
